OUR NEW ONLINE BANKING SYSTEM IS HERE!
Important Logon Information
- The first time you logon, please go to our website at www.southernarizonabank.com and click the link to access our new Online Banking system (please note that there will only be one logon button for Personal and Business Online Banking).
- Enter your new online banking ID, which was sent to you via US Mail.
- You can create a new online banking ID to replace the 12-digit online banking ID that you have been assigned after you have logged into Personal Online Banking for the first time. Your online banking ID must begin with a letter and may contain numbers. Your online banking ID cannot contain special characters or spaces. Select "options" on the Online Banking navigation bar and complete the information requested to change your online banking ID.
- Enter your temporary online banking password, which was sent to you via US Mail.
- After you have logged into the Personal Online Banking system for the first time, using your online banking ID and temporary online banking password, you will be automatically prompted to change your password.
- Passwords must be 6 to 8 characters in length and must be alphanumeric.
- For enhanced system security, you will be prompted to choose a personalized image and establish three security questions.
Important Reminders
- All of your payee information, and account and Bill Pay history, has been automatically transferred to the new Personal Online Banking system.
- Once you access your new Personal Online Banking account, you will have to recreate any previously created alerts.
